Caravans*
For the 2011/2012 Season, we have set up 3 caravans:
  • 1 will depart from Pilot Knob RV Resort, 3707 W. Highway 80, Winterhaven, CA 92283
  • 2 will depart from the Walmart parking lot in Nogales, AZ - 100 W White Park Dr, Nogales, AZ 85621
There are a few items that you will need to attend to prior to joining your caravan.
  1. You must make your reservation for WHR Kino Bay through Central Reservations Rates & Reservations
  2. You are responsible for making your own reservations at the departure parks.
  3. You must have a valid passport
  4. You will need to purchase Mexican vehicle insurance 
  5. You will need 3000-4000 pesos ($250 - $350 USD) in cash to cover tolls and fuel (if needed)
Each caravan will include an orientation seminar on the evening prior to departure. (This will include instructions on purchasing your Mexican Tourist Card which will be done in Mexico with the caravan.)

Please fill out the bottom section 'JOIN A CARAVAN' to advise which caravan, the date of the caravan you wish to join, and how you may be contacted.

* Caravans are provided without charge.

Sun. Jan. 22/12 - Orientation
Mon. Jan. 23/12 - Obtain Tourist Card
Tues. Jan. 24/12 - Depart PK & overnight enroute
Wed. Jan. 25/12 - Arrive WHR Kino Bay

 DEPARTING FROM NOGALES, AZ

Sun. Jan. 8/12 - Orientation - 4:00 pm
Mon. Jan. 9/12 - Depart Nogales and arrive at WHR Kino Bay

Sun. Feb. 5/12 - Orientation - 4:00 pm
Mon. Feb. 6/12 - Depart Nogales and arrive at WHR Kino Bay
